Our President, John A. Moschella
is a highly motivated individual with a diversified background in
the judicial system and law enforcement. Mr. Moschella commenced
his education at St. John's University and simultaneously performed
an internship with the Division of Fire Investigation. In 1978, he
was appointed law clerk for the Supreme Court, 2nd Judicial Department.
Shortly thereafter, he was elected to public office in the 52nd Assembly
District. In 1982, while advancing his education at John Jay College
of Criminal Justice, he carried this diverse background to the N.Y.C.
Police Department. His assignments throughout his career included
the Special Auto Larceny Task Force, Arson Explosion Squad, Community
Affairs Division, Aide to the Chief of Police and Coordinator of
Operations. During these years, he was recognized as a professional
with excellent integrity and demeanor. In 1994, he retired in the
rank of Detective 2nd Grade from the Police Commissioners Office.
It was, at this time, that he envisioned using his expertise and
accomplishments as a solid foundation for the creation of an investigative
agency.
Our Forensic specialist, Grace Conte is responsible for all forensic DNA testing. Ms. Conte graduated from Downstate Medical Center with a BSN in 1988 and entered the medical profession as a registered nurse. In 1995, she was promoted to the position of nurse educator and accepted the responsibility of training all nurses, both newly appointed and in service certification. Continuing her education, Ms. Conte attended Wagner College and obtained her Masters degree in administration. Ms. Conte is recognized for offering her professional opinion and taking pride in her work. Her client relations are both professional and compassionate, especially in paternity testing.
Our consultant, Arthur J. Mc Nevin, brings with him over forty year's law enforcement experience as a retired Assistant Chief of the N.Y.C. Police Department. His assignments included the Tactical Patrol Force, Special Operations Division, The Police Commissioners Office and Commanding Officer of various commands within the department. He is respected for his law enforcement achievements and intuitive ability to rationally assess situations and investigative procedures. He is a graduate of Baruch College and completed his Masters at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Mr. Mc Nevins' consulting in different facets of our investigative work has contributed to our growth and success.
